Terms & Conditions

All fees are in accordance with the STGA guiding rates and fees.

Walking Tours

Half Day – £215
Full Day – £325

(a half day typically runs from 0900-1300 or 1300-1700. Jobs outwith these hours will be quoted on request)

Driver Guiding Tours

£600 – 680 per full day
Rates are based on a standard working day of 8 hours
(Final price will vary depending on extra hours, distance travelled and itinerary)

Tour

  1. Lunch or meal allowance on full tour days.
  2. ​Dinner, bed, breakfast and lunch/meal allowance on extended tours.
  3. ​Transport/travelling expenses and travelling time to join tour may be payable.

Availability

I am available all year round.

Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the tour price is payable at time of booking, as well as any necessary expenses incurred by the guide, such as accommodation. Full balance is payable 30 days prior to tour commencement.

Cancellation Terms

 

* In exceptional circumstances the Kilted Guide reserves the right to cancel tours or services. Clients will be promptly informed and offered a full refund or an alternative arrangement.
